One membership is for the named member and their approved business. Four credits typically create one complete AI-assisted listing. Failed requests and ordinary manual actions do not use credits. Unlimited VIP remains subject to normal, human-directed use.
1. What a credit is
A credit is a usage unit applied to specified AI-assisted actions. The exact charge is displayed in the product where practical. A typical complete listing—covering an AI-assisted title, description and item specifics—uses approximately four credits. Complex or separately requested actions may use a different amount where shown before the action.
2. When credits are and are not used
- successful AI title generation;
- successful AI description generation;
- successful AI item-specific suggestions; and
- other clearly labelled AI generation features.
- failed generation requests;
- duplicate clicks that do not create new output;
- manual edits, filters and settings;
- ordinary profit calculations or exports; and
- viewing existing records.
3. Allowances and reset
Growth includes 6,000 monthly credits and Pro includes 20,000 monthly credits unless your order says otherwise. Plan credits reset at the start of each paid monthly service period and do not roll over. On a three-month billing plan, the monthly allowance still refreshes monthly while the fee is collected every three months.
Promotional or attendance bonus credits may have their own expiry and eligibility rules. They have no cash value and may be withdrawn where awarded by mistake or obtained through abuse.
4. Connected stores
Unless an order says otherwise, Growth is for one approved primary eBay store, Pro may connect up to two approved stores, and Unlimited VIP may connect up to three approved stores after technical onboarding. Stores must be owned or controlled by the member's own business.
5. Account and device controls
To enforce plan boundaries and prevent account sharing, Ventrax may associate a membership with account, browser, device and connected-store identifiers. We may ask for verification when patterns suggest that access has moved to another person, unrelated business or unusually large number of devices.
Reinstalling the extension or replacing a device does not remove your membership limits. Contact support if you legitimately change equipment or need an approved store replaced.
6. Unlimited VIP
"Unlimited" covers standard AI-assisted listing creation for the approved member's own business, subject to system capacity and reasonable rate controls. It is not a right to unlimited simultaneous automation, bulk resale, public API access or processing on behalf of friends, clients or unrelated businesses.
Examples of use outside fair use include:
- sharing credentials or rotating access between people;
- using friends' marketplace accounts to extend the store allowance;
- reselling generated output or operating a listing service for third parties at scale;
- scripts designed to bypass rate, device, credit or safety controls;
- activity that materially degrades the Service for other members; or
- fraudulent, unlawful, counterfeit or marketplace-prohibited activity.
7. What happens if use looks abusive
We may temporarily rate-limit or pause suspicious activity while we investigate. We will normally contact the member, explain the concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to verify legitimate use. Serious or repeated abuse may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. We will not apply fair use merely to avoid providing the genuine capacity advertised for normal member activity.
